@channel NOTICE OF TRANSFER On March 14, 2021, TomoChain Lab announced to cease support for Lition, which was based on the overall assessment made public earlier to the community. TomoChain Lab is willing to transfer the operation of the Project is willing to transfer the operation of the Lition Blockchain project, including the currently custodied Treasury and Technology, to any community-driven committee or reputable entity with experience in technology, marketing, business development, and enough resources to run the Project; MYCELIUM NETWORK (MYT) LTD, a limited liability company incorporated and operating under the laws of England, registration number 13420486, registered office address at 171-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ ENGLAND, represented by Mr. Eoin Joseph Spillane (hereinafter referred to as "MYT") proposed a community born project focused on further adoption and integration of blockchain technology. MYT expressed a desire to continue the Lition Blockchain project through proposal submission and participation in the community selection process. The Lition community has voted to select MYT to take over the Project via ; MYT guarantees their full understanding of the Project’s current status and shall arrange for the operation of the Project as described in their proposal dated May 9, 2021, and take full responsibilities towards the Lition community about the Project.
